*Handling time is generally 1 business day for all shipments unless the item is on pre-order. Orders received after 7 am Pacific Time are sometimes not processed until the next business day.
*Usually the package will be shipped from our US warehouse, if the item is out of stock in the US warehouse, we may ship it from HK. Delivery time may be 2-3 days longer than shipping from US.
*We can only ship to US currently, but no worry, we are trying to make delivery to the rest of the world possible.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & SERVICES
We choose the best carrier from USPS, UPS, and FedEx on the basis of the size/weight of your order. You will receive an email with tracking number and carrier info in it once we fulfill the order in the system.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
The customs & duties are already covered in the price. You don't need pay any extra fee to receive the package.
BACKORDERS & PREORDERS
If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments. For details please drop an email hello@rayprobilliards.com .
